INDUSTRY DAY: United States Naval Vessels (USNV) Yard Torpedo Test (YTT) Range Craft Regular Overhaul (ROH) Maintenance, Repair and Alterations 

Purpose
The purpose of this correspondence is to announce an Industry Day to present and discuss: 1) a regular overhaul (ROH) for the Yard Torpedo Test (YTT-10) Range Craft requirement, 2) how to become a Master Agreement for Repair and Alteration of Vessels / Agreement for Boat Repair holder, 3) future YTT maintenance, repair and alteration work through FY22, and 4) the Naval Standard Item (NSI) requirements and process.

1.1 The Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Keyport is hereby conducting an industry day to support a regular overhaul (ROH) for the Yard Torpedo Test (YTT-10) Range Craft docked at Naval Base Kitsap Bangor. The intended use for the Industry Day is to provide relevant information about the requirement to industry and to receive industry feedback/input.

1.2 The Industry Day will include information on the requirements and process to become a holder of a Master Agreement for Repair and Alteration of Vessels or Agreement for Boat Repair.

1.3 Further discussion will occur in order to articulate future requirements, timing, and magnitude of the maintenance, repair and alteration for the Yard Torpedo Test Range Craft platform operated by Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Keyport.

1.4 The forum will provide NUWC Division, Keyport an opportunity to explain the process, purpose and intent of NAVSEA Standard Items and 4E specifications for the current and future requirements.

2. Description
2.1. NUWC Division, Keyport is seeking a vendor to perform a regularly scheduled overhaul for the USNV Battle Point (YTT-10) and other future maintenance requirements for the YTT platform, which will be a ship repair availability for the accomplishment of general repairs, preservations and alterations.

2.2. The vendor will be required to dry dock the vessel at their own facilities and perform regular overhaul and maintenance work for the YTT platform in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and specifications. The SOW will utilize specifications and requirements as required per NAVSEA Standard Items (NSI) and Appendix 4-E of Volume VII, Chapter 4, Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual (JFMM).
