More than 90,000 jobs in Kitsap at mid-year

Average Kitsap apartment rent tops $1,200

Tad Sooter –  Minding Your Business  – Kitsap Sun Average rent for an apartment in Kitsap County topped $1,200 in the second quarter of 2017, according to a report from Tom Cain of Apartment Insights Washington. The average rent per unit increased 8.5 percent or $97 from the same period of 2016. Silverdale had the highest average rent in the Kitsap/Pierce/Thurston county region at $1,383.
