With hiring halted, PSNS looks for exemption from freeze

Kitsap Sun  Published 10:00 a.m. PT Jan. 31, 2017 BREMERTON — Puget Sound Naval Shipyard has suspended all hiring as the result of President Donald Trump’s federal freeze.
