Procurement Technical Assistance Centers (PTACs) offer free resources to small business owners who wish to do business with government entities.

The Washington State PTAC has 8 different locations around the state. We offer one on one counseling to state contractors who want to find and bid on solicitations, meet local prime contractors, or wish to understand pre/post award paperwork.

The objective of SBTRC is to increase the number of small and disadvantaged businesses that are prepared to compete for, and enter into, transportation-related prime and subcontracts. The Northwest SBTRC is funded by a cooperative agreement with Economic Alliance Snohomish County and the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU). The Northwest SBTRC serves Washington, Oregon, Alaska, and Idaho
