The City of Poulsbo approved site plans in March for a restaurant and co-working complex on Eighth Avenue.

The “Work.Eat.Drink” project, proposed by the Crabtree and Ryan families, will create a 28,000-square-foot commercial building and parking garage on 1.33 acres just west of Highway 305.

The space will provide a new home for the ChocMo restaurant and High Spirits liquor store, currently located on Seventh Avenue, according to an earlier news release. Those businesses will be joined by a new restaurant called Crabtree Kitchen + Bar and a shared workspace center called Vibe Coworks.
